You Can Let Time Stop Managing You

Do you often wonder where your day has gone? Does your "To Do" list frequently have as many or MORE items on it at the end of the day than it did at the start? Do you feel overwhelmed and stress is becoming a familiar companion? If this sounds like you recently, putting some time management techniques to use should help alleviate the load.

Where to begin? First, start by examining all of the components of your life and determine how important it is to you that each task or project be completed. This question alone can be very empowering and definitely very enlightening. What would be the impact if the task were not done at all? Is the task something that really needs to be done, or is it something that you feel should be done? Shoulds are a big No-No; they just get in the way of important things. If you decide that it is not very important that you get it done, I guarantee that you have uncovered a personal "Ah-Ha" and probably stumbled over a main road block. If it's something that you can let go of, by all means do that. If per chance you feel that you can't just eliminate the "should task" from your list all together, what if you set it aside to check in on at a later date? Shelving it for a while may be just what you need to take the step to eliminate it totally.

Next, determine how inspired you are to do the tasks on your list that remain. Let's face it, there are many things in life that are necessary and important but don't even end up as a tiny 'bleep' on our Richter scale for inspiring. My bathroom comes to mind. It being clean is both necessary and important, but am I ever "inspired" to do so? Come on! So for all of the things that fall into the uninspiring category because you don't want to do it, it doesn't satisfy your spirit, it's too time-consuming, etc., determine how it can still get done without compromising YOU. Yes, I'm talking about delegating! I love that word. When you delegate a task you teach someone else how to do it to your satisfaction, are willing to hand it off to them wholeheartedly, check-in with them to see how things are/have progressed, and finally assess the entire process. In short, hand it off and do not micromanage. Micromanagement just makes double the work and double the anxiety. Learning to time manage is about creating more time and reducing anxiety.

Lastly, really look at your list. What if, by examining all of the things that you are trying to manage, you uncovered one thing that could make many things fall into place? Let me elaborate. I know that home organization is a nemesis for many. What if, by taking the time to organize a house, I told you that it could truly simplify many of the typical household/personal management tasks? Okay, I can hear the comments of disbelief, so let me show you how this works. Deciding to eliminate the clutter from her garage, Pam took an entire Saturday to complete her task. Once she was finished outside, she looked around and realized that she had enough room to store some of the things that were taking up too much room inside. So she continued to work on the entire house over a period of two weeks, a little each evening after work. She had a dining room, living room, kitchen, family room, office, and three bedrooms. Working steadily, she organized the house, eliminated as much clutter as she could, and threw out or gave away the things that she knew she would never use. When she was done, she felt wonderful and coming home was a pleasure.

However, she discovered some incredible side benefits of her "house overhaul." She spent less time doing just about everything at home because everything was where she expected it to be. She knew where her phone book was when she went to address her birthday cards. Her spices and pantry were so organized that she was able to quickly make a grocery list when it was time to replenish items. Her bedroom dressers and closet were so neat that she spent less time getting dressed because she no longer had to iron each piece of clothing before she could wear them.

This is just one example of how organizing just one item on your time management task list could literally free up hundreds of valuable minutes each day. When was the last time you looked carefully at the list of things that are on your daily, weekly, monthly, and annual to-do list? Are you creating or allowing more stress than necessary in your schedule? I challenge you to look at your list for this week and eliminate all of the "shoulds." I can't wait to hear the sighs of relief that I know are forthcoming by week's end. Once you get a taste of freedom, I can assure you that you will begin to carefully monitor the things that will require you to spend your precious time. You only have 86,400 seconds per day; use them wisely.

Let Your Light Shine Through

Excerpt from The Feel Good Guide To Prosperity by Eva Gregory

In our society, so much of who we are is identified by what we do – meaning our job or career. But we’ve somehow gotten it backwards over the years. It isn’t what we do that identifies us, but who we are that’s important. The self that is brought to work each morning, that is present in our interactions, and that manages to shine through whether we are poor or Fortune 100 CEO’s is the real essence of who we are. It is that essence that can help us make a job or career, that we do not like, into a learning experience and a vehicle for letting our “inner light” shine through.
Each day we hear of people that are very unhappy in their careers, downsizing and lay-offs. Unfortunately it is very common in today’s world. While there are many people who complain and feel down-trodden, there are also those that seem to be able to make the best of a bad situation, no matter what. How do they do that? They have a strong sense of self and, typically, a very healthy dose of optimism.

Take George, for instance. George is a cab driver. He was laid off from his 15-year job with a large company and had to secure employment immediately to be able to continue to care for his family. A friend told him about a cab company that was looking for dependable drivers and George knew that this was the perfect temporary solution for him. So he applied for the job and began driving the next week. George does not like driving a cab, he would prefer to be back in his old office doing the job he loved, but he knows that this is what is needed of him for the moment.
George could be sullen or sarcastic about these life-changing events. He could be distant, obnoxious, or rude to his customers but he isn’t. In fact, George has many fares request him! They find him always cheerful and funny. He smiles and jokes with them as he whisks them to their destinations and inevitably, he is known for his ability to help brighten someone else’s day. George has the ability of using his “inner light” to make a difference in the lives of others.

Everyone can identify qualities in themselves that they both like and dislike. Too often we dwell on the areas that we feel need improvement and spend barely a nanosecond (if any seconds) patting ourselves on the back for things we consider to be good. When was the last time you actually acknowledged those positive “inner light” qualities within you?

So here is an exercise. Take out a sheet of paper and make a list of those things about yourself that you consider to be good qualities. Once you’ve made your list, I’d like you to sit back and review how you implement these qualities in your everyday life. I’ll bet you will find that you either do them automatically or that you do not exhibit them nearly enough. In fact, I bet that once you have your list in hand, you will immediately be able to come up with ways where you can put them to use.

hat is the goal. To draw from this bag of “inner light” qualities and have them become the essence of who you are as you apply them to your daily interactions. From this, you will begin to experience a much more positive existence. You will find yourself looking for ways to implement these qualities, learn not to dwell on the negative, and seek out ways to make a difference in your life and the lives of others. It is a way to step out of yourself and learn to love and appreciate the work and life that you have, even if they are not what you ultimately desire. In short, it is a way of living in the moment that will produce startling results. Remember the Laws of Attraction. Want to bet that when you start exuding energy, lightness, and laughter that those same qualities will begin manifesting themselves in your life at a more rapid pace? You already know the answer. So get out your pen and paper and start writing. While you’re at it, why not come up with at least 5 positive things to say about the job/career you have now? I’ll even get you started … I appreciate the fact that I have a job that helps me make ends meet. In case you do not currently have a job, this one’s for you … I appreciate the fact that I have a well-earned break from the work force. See how easy that was? Now it’s up to you to let that inner light shine through.

In The Driver's Seat

Envision yourself in the driver's seat of your car. Where are you headed? What path are you taking? How long will it take you to get there? How do you get around traffic and road blocks? These are some questions that can be applied to life as well. How does one find the answer to these questions? By learning about, understanding, and applying the various powerful laws of the universe. These are the laws which govern our very existence.

There are several laws that can help one get on track, two of them, which work in tandem are the law of relativity and the law of proper perspective. The law of relativity tells us several things: first, that all things are connected and nothing is bad per se, just an experience with a lesson, which has a benefit. But it is up to each of us to find that good. This is called the "tests of initiation" and the way to pass is to be true to yourself, and pay attention to your inner dialogue while you are looking for the answer. Next, the law of relativity states that we must look at our problems and compare them to the problems of others. One will not have to look long or hard to find someone in worse shape. This really helps put things in perspective, for as bad as one may think it is, it could always be worse which brings us back to the positive state of appreciation, simply by looking outward and broadening your scope of vision. The law of relativity can be accelerated by using the law of proper perspective, which states that one must determine what is most important and what will produce spiritual growth and put those discoveries into play in order to reach the goal.

When Lorna had had enough of banging her head against the wall she decided that there had to be another way. She wanted several things in life, but her ultimate goal was to achieve success in her field, leave her corporate career, and start her own consultancy business. But at each turn, Lorna kept reaching road blocks. She was passed over for additional company paid educational opportunities, was not allowed to attend meetings with larger clients, and could not get the ball rolling on the preliminary phase of business start-up. All of these things were necessary if Lorna wanted to achieve her goals. Lorna was always busy, but as far as her accomplishments went - she may as well have been standing still! Lorna needed a course of action. She needed to put the law of proper perspective to work immediately.

She spent a long weekend looking at her goals, tracking her actions up until this point, and realized that she had several goals, but no plan for how to reach them. She had been winging it. In essence, she had just handed the keys to her car over without batting an eye. That weekend Lorna learned that she really wanted to get back in the driver's seat, and started developing a plan for how to get there. Her plan had two phases - one for her current career and the other for getting her business off the ground. Lorna's action plan included taking classes, finding a mentor, and developing a business plan. Not only did her outline help her put things in proper perspective, but it helped her create "ownership" for her life. She learned she was truly driving herself to her destination, and she was enjoying the journey.

The law of relativity and the law of proper perspective are crucial to both large and small accomplishments. It's so much easier to reach a destination with clear vision and a road map. This is what these laws accomplish. They help level the playing field by getting one to delve in deep to learn about what is really wanted. Then by removing the limiting beliefs, and assisting one in developing a way to use all available resources in manners most effective and conducive to success. The process is broken down into manageable steps, but each step brings the seeker closer to the goal. No matter the size of the goal, or the scope of the goal, this process will help one arrive.

Start today! Determine where you want to be. Begin by writing down your daily goals, prioritize them into a logical sequence (logical for you, since each person is unique), and start checking them off as you accomplish them. Keeping track of our goals will help establish ownership. It will visibly show you where you may be straying from your goals, and will help you build up your self confidence and self-esteem along the way. Both are useful, and will spur you on to meet your goals with that much more determination. To paraphrase the saying, 'each journey begins but with one small step' - so put the pedal to the metal!

Soar To Freedom

Can you feel it? The freedom to live life as you choose? To make decisions based on your desires instead of necessity? The opportunity to live life to the fullest and experience all of the things that you thought were out of reach? Does this sound too good to be true? It's not!

Freedom is available to you at any time ... even now. When you decide to pursue a lifestyle full of freedom, you make a commitment to be successful in your life dealings to W-I-N at all you endeavor. Like everything, it begins with you.

The ability to attract wealth is the starting gun in the freedom race. Why wealth? Because while money does not guarantee happiness, it does pave the way over the bumps that cause many to stumble. It helps eliminate the stress and worry associated with bills and debt, and takes away the shoulds and musts that accompany thoughts of lack.

What follows wealth? The freedom of Time. Does just the thought make you sigh? Imagine the time to do what you would like to do, not what you feel pressured to do. To have the time to pursue a hobby, spend unlimited amounts of time with your loved ones, or to go on a trip or for a walk for the sheer enjoyment of the experience? To have the chance to pursue your passions because you no longer come from a place of not enough money or time? Are you beginning to feel the energy of freedom? Intoxicating, isn't it?

Next there is health. While good health is vital to the pursuit of freedom, without money to ease stress and time to put good healthful practices into place, the ability to achieve the best possible health is often impossible. Would you enjoy the freedom to have a home gym and the time to devote to training for a marathon? Or the ability to schedule childcare for a session with a personal trainer or to hire a dietary nutritionist for meal planning and cooking lessons. Health freedom when coupled with wealth and time is the most valuable form of freedom there is. To have the freedom to do the best that you can for yourself for the rest of your life, and to help those around you do the same.

What about spirituality? The time to explore your beliefs, pursue them and integrate them into your life. Beliefs, no matter what they are, are important. It's one of the things that many never have time to pursue due to daily demands and pressures. Something that lives in hearts, but is not allowed to blossom outside of the person. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to embrace and unleash your spirit too?

When one has the freedom of wealth, time, health and spirituality, one has what the One Minute Millionaire describes as "Ultimate Freedom". What does this term mean to you? Close you eyes and imagine a life with all of these freedoms already present. Can you feel it and embrace it? Are ideas for new projects, experiences, and concepts bursting forth? Are visions of happy faces and feelings of contentment filling your heart? Ultimate freedom provides you with all of the core tools necessary to propel you towards your passion and destiny.

Make the commitment today. Put your Laws of Attraction to work and take the first step towards wealth freedom with ultimate freedom being your eventual goal. It's not elusive at all. You can soar to freedom.

Uncovering the Essence of You

In life, as we go about our daily tasks it is so easy to lose sight of a very fundamental important fact: you are your most important resource. Your ideas, skills, qualities, and characteristics...the essence of you... are what will propel you towards success, or hinder your progress if you allow it to. Which will become your reality?

Do you remember making a "Pluses versus Minuses"/Good Versus Bad "T"? Well, it's time to dig out the pen and paper, or fire up the computer. Your "T" will have one side marked advantages and the other marked disadvantages. Your advantages column will contain all of the "assets" that you bring to the table. The disadvantages column will contain all of the "liabilities". Please remember to be realistic, thorough, and above all else...honest. While it may be eye-opening, and perhaps even a little unflattering to see "you" listed on a legal pad or on a computer screen, this may be just the catalyst needed to implement change. The adjustments necessary to shorten your liabilities column and lengthen your assets tally.

The purpose of the "T" exercise is to use this as a tool to help you move towards success at a more rapid rate. So as you develop your columns, always keep the goal in the back of your mind. It is often easy to mistake qualities as assets in all areas of life that may be disadvantageous to your overall quest for success. For example, Gerald is a well educated man in his mid-thirties. He has always taken pride in the fact that he made his own way in life. He got himself into college on an almost full scholarship, paid his way by working two jobs while in school, and has even managed to pay back the bulk of his student loans. He did this all without asking anyone for any assistance.

Is this an asset or a liability? We are taught that being self-sufficient is an admirable trait, but in his quest for success and prosperity, Gerald's trait could be a serious liability. In The One Minute Millionaire Robert G. Allen, and Mark Victor Hansen stress team building as an essential element for becoming an Enlightened Millionaire. Gerald's reluctance to seek the help of other could be extremely detrimental to his success, since we know that we cannot be all things, solve all things, or foresee all things. The way to increase the probability of success is my combining the assets of everyone on a team.

Gerald's is just one instance of a characteristic that is strong in one area. That could have a different set of repercussions when applied to a different scenario. So when you are sitting down to make your "T", hold the intention for yourself that the list you generate will be for the sole purpose of success and prosperity. As The One Minute Millionaire points out, "you are your wealth." Without the creativity behind the thought that sparks the idea, nothing would come to fruition. The creativity begins with Y-O-U. It's time to uncover, explore, and celebrate the assets that are the essence of you and give credit where credit is due.

To your continued success!

Learning To Think Powerfully, Like The Masters

Do you find yourself wondering why your life is what it is? How is it that some folks seem to get whatever they want, while you seem to be stuck in a rut? Have you been asking how to turn your life around?

Not surprising, one of the things that many successful people have in common is confidence. The confidence to believe that they will achieve the things they set out to, they will get all they feel entitled to, or they will create the things that they desire. They do not allow doubt or negativity to sabotage their plans. Most have become masters at focusing on the positive and refuse to let the "little voice" within feed them negativity for them to buy into. So how have they mastered the power of positive thinking or even more difficult the skill of positive self-talk?
Perhaps you should first LISTEN to the things that you tell yourself on a daily basis. Do you realize how true the saying that "we are our own worse critic" is? Try this, close your eyes and listen to what message YOUR self-talk is delivering. Are you happy with what you are hearing? If not, why not try implementing some of the hints outlined below.

Write down five of the things that you catch your self-talk voice telling you. For each negative thing you write down, change the tone to make it a positive by using "I am," "I will," and "I can" instead. Be sure to make these affirmations positive, believable and realistic for you personally. Now feel what it is like to have it actually be the way you want it to be. Get excited about the possibility. Build on the affirmations that creates a story about how it all unfolds the way you intend for it to often and in time, you will come to believe them. The more you believe the positive, the more success you will have. You will begin to attract it literally!

While evaluating your self-talk voice, did you discover that you spend a great deal of time thinking in "What ifs?" What ifs are typically a big waste of time because you spend valuable time focusing on things that have either already taken place, or may or may not happen. What if (sorry--couldn't resist) I show you how to make What ifs productive? Try this:

Every time you find yourself focused on negative thoughts or a default reaction of "What if....?" Play the "What If-UP Game!" This is a highly successful game that I use with my coaching clients. It goes like this:

Whenever you start thinking..."What If":
•I can't meet payroll?
•I can't pay my bills?
•I can't complete this task?
Flip the thought around to:
What if "IT COULD BE THE WAY I WANT IT!"
•What if I meet payroll in spite of the way things look in the moment?
•What if, money begins to flow to me and I can pay my bills the way that I want?
•What if this task gets completed in perfect timing even if it isn't what I thought it would be?

See how it works? The game is designed to get you thinking about the positive and letting go of the negative. Using the word "could" eliminates self-imposed pressure and opens the door to unlimited possibilities.

The key to positive thought and self-talk is recognizing what you are currently doing, and learning to deliberately change it. Once it is learned it will have a profound impact on the things you would like to accomplish in life. As William Shakespeare once said, "Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so." So, think of this as the first day of the rest of your life, and start thinking powerfully and putting out a positive attitude in each aspect of your life.

Success Revisited

Have you achieved the level of success that you desire?

If the success that you envision has been elusive, perhaps the answer is not your goal, but your thoughts pertaining to your goal. One cannot achieve success without being committed to the task at hand ... no matter what the goal is. Without commitment one's ideas lack direction due to the inability to fully develop a strong path to follow, and ambitions never come to possess the burning desire that makes them a 'have to' instead of a 'maybe' or 'perhaps'. Commitment is the thing that gets us out on the water and puts wind in our sails so that we can successfully navigate around whatever obstacles that may surface. It puts us in the driver seat and sets us up for continued success. There is something addictive about setting your sights on a goal, working hard, and achieving the desired outcome. Commitment is the catalyst that produces concrete results.

But like everything else there are levels of commitment, and one-hundred percent commitment is necessary for real success. Anything less leaves room for vacillation which will eventually bring all forward progress to a standstill. Or worse, a lack of commitment could stop you from even starting a task. Jamie experienced the latter scenario first hand, and did not realize it until he had wasted a great deal of time and money.

Jamie had been thinking of expanding his business for the last six months. He read countless books, purchased new software, hired a new site designer, and lined up advertising. But no matter what he tried to implement, he was not achieving the expected results. After several weeks of this he sat down with his brother to try to isolate the difficulty. At the end of a lengthy discussion the brothers determined that the source of Jamie's problems was not what he was doing, but the fact that he was doing something that he really hadn't committed to. While he had taken the steps to expand his business, his heart wasn't in it because he hadn't been listening to his inner voice. His inner voice had been telling him that instead of adding more services, he should be finding and developing a niche for himself. When Jamie analyzed the situation, he stopped ignoring his inner voice and put a plan into action to develop the idea of finding his niche. Something he could really commit to! Within several weeks of recognizing his blocker he discovered a niche that he loved, was able to write awesome copy for his new website, and had the desire to learn the new software that had been sitting on his desk unopened. After months of spinning his wheels, a little insight and a commitment to following his passions has put Jamie on track for success.

Most important is the realization that when we commit to a task we are making a pledge to ourselves that should not be broken. People hesitate to break promises to others for fear of disappointment, well when half-hearted commitments to goals are made it's like breaking a promise to self. Should you treat yourself any differently than you would treat others? Repeated broken promises to others can create distrust and resentment. When multiple occurrences of lack of commitment to self-important goals take place, the result is distrust in one's ability and a poor self-esteem. Two things that should clearly not be sent out into the universe since like attracts like. Commitment is a gift, a pledge, a show of character and it should be thought of as an honor. It is an honor to ourselves for our ability to stand firm and follow through no matter what, and an honor to be bestowed on others ... the precious gift of a promise to deliver the very best. In either case you have the makings of success.

To your continued success,
Eva

Close Your Eyes and Dream

Despite what Wes Craven would have you believe, dreams cannot harm you, but they can help you immensely. Not the ones you have when you're sleeping, but the ones you hold in your heart ... your fondest desires. Those dreams can shape your reality if you take the time to give them life ... to visualize them. Do you ever wonder about the self-confidence that successful people always seem to have? It's that self-confidence that got them where they wanted to be. They focused on the goal and the mind and body made it happen.

Do you ever "what if"? Instead of playing "what if", why not play "I am". How does one play? It all comes back to be-ing. You can be what you want if you can picture yourself being it, living it, experiencing it. Close your eyes, relax, and imagine that you ARE the successful ______, and that you live in the beautiful __________, overlooking _________. You have a wonderful life. You are able to relax and enjoy life to the fullest. You are content and all of your worries are gone. Use all 5 of your senses.
Elaborate from there. What kind of house do you live in? Where is it located? Is this your summer home? What does the air smell like when you arrive at your home? Is it by the sea? Is it in the country?

Can you see it clearly? How does it make you feel? Do you feel like it is really yours? Do you feel as though you've earned it, that you deserve all that you are visualizing? This too is part of the process. When your feelings are one with your thoughts and beliefs, and they are focused on the positive goals that you have set, the picture that you are holding in your mind's eye ... they will begin manifesting. In essence, you've used your thoughts to attract the people, ideas, situations, etc. that will bring you the vision that you are holding of yourself. Thus creating your reality.

Bridget was feeling exceptionally low when a friend suggested that she schedule a session with a personal coach. She was hesitant and skeptical, thinking that there was not anything that her coach could tell her that she hadn't already thought of, envisioned, or dreamed of herself. She found that she was both right and wrong in her assumptions. When she met Dora she was impressed by how grounded she was and by how much they had in common. She also found out that a couple of years ago before Dora discovered coaching, that she was feeling adrift and had a business that was floundering. Bridget readily identified with this because her gift shop had been doing so poorly lately, that she had a number of creditors calling looking for payment. Dora told her that she used visualization to obtain her goals. Bridget scoffed at the idea. But when Dora explained that someone told her that if she could not visualize herself as a success that she would never be a success ... it began to make sense. Bridget didn't think she thought of herself as a failure, but realized that she also did not think of herself as a success.

Bridget spent 15 minutes twice a day visualizing herself running a successful business, living in the house of her dreams and living a debt free life. After a few weeks, she noticed the change in the level of confidence she had in her abilities. She approached her business dealings with more self-confidence which in turn began to increase her bottom line. Her increase in confidence made her much more attentive to her customers which produced larger sales. With Dora as her coach, Bridget used her dreams to obtain her reality. She visualized, imagined, spoke about and wrote down her goals to support her state of be-ing. She refused to back down and allow limiting thoughts to tarnish her future.

If Bridget could do it, so can you. Let go of the limiting thoughts and begin by embracing the life that you want, desire, and deserve. Let the picture you see in your mind support your goals and you will help them materialize that much faster. Let your dreams be the guide to your future

Empower Yourself For Success Today

Do you know that you have the power to succeed at everything you do right now, this minute? Are you surprised? Your thoughts control the actions that create your successes or failures. So if your thoughts are the foundation for success, if we spend some time focusing on the type of thoughts that are typically manifested and the ones that create success, you'll have the tools necessary for self-empowerment.

When it's time to try something new do you run right out and jump into it, confident that you are going to succeed with no doubts? Isn't that a wonderful picture? But unfortunately much of the population first has to contend with a little negative self-talk, a personal "gremlin" if you will. Are you familiar with the gremlin? Perhaps you know him or her by a different name. He or she sits waiting to shoot down our ideas, deflate our elation, and sabotage our plans ... when we allow it to happen. Often, this negativity is so commonplace that we don't even recognize it when it is occurring; therefore we are unable to stop it. So, when we carry on with our activities we are often full of doubt, harboring feelings of incompetence, and brandishing insecurities that are in essence setting us up for failure, or at the very least a much more difficult road towards success. The worse case scenario is when we allow our gremlins to stop us from even trying to reach our goal. So how do we silence the gremlin, replace him/her with our own personal cheerleader instead? There are several ways.

Learn to recognize the gremlin for what it is. A thief that stifles creativity, hinders success, and paralyzes growth. Then begin to listen carefully for that voice and cut it off before its effects can take root. In The One Minute Millionaire, Mark Victor Hansen and Robert Allen suggest wearing a rubber band on your wrist for a month and giving yourself a "zing" whenever you hear that gremlin beginning to discourage you. Talk about a reminder! I don't know about you, but I'd rather zing the gremlin than myself any day!

Next, you can surround yourself with positive, happy people who do not allow gremlins to steal their successes. First, it becomes very difficult to continuously hear about positive things without some of your own to add. You'll start looking for ways to join the crowd. Second, the more you are around positive thoughts, the more real they become, and the more you attract the same back to you.

Recall the times when you successfully combated your gremlin and let those serve as your road map. Knowing that you have what it takes to face any challenges and overcome your obstacles, is just the thing needed to bolster your confidence and self-esteem ... two of the things that gremlins seem to sap out of their victims. Don't be a victim any longer, be a victor.

Lastly, write it down in a journal. Journaling is a wonderful way to chronicle your victories. Writing things down allows you to explore the feelings, thoughts, and circumstances that surrounded the experience. Details that are typically glossed over when the part of the big picture, could be extremely beneficial when later explored.

So are you ready to step up to the challenge? I know you can do it! Learning how to silence your gremlin is a tool that will be beneficial for life. Isn't it time to empower yourself and position yourself to succeed at all you set out to accomplish? Yes, Yes, and YES!!! Put your cheerleader to work today!

To your continued success!

The Secret Is Out!

Hi folks,

The Secret is out! Below is information for those who haven't tapped into it yet.

Feature Film Released on Internet; Does End Run Around Major Movie Houses
Press Release at PRweb

The Secret, a film produced by Prime Time Productions in Australia, has done an end run around major movie studios by
launching their feature film worldwide using web-based, pay-per-view
technology. In its first week of release "The Secret" web site hit number one on the Alexa Movers and Shakers list -- a worldwide report which measures traffic rankings of websites.

(PRWEB) April 15, 2006 -- In its first week of release "The Secret" web
site (www.TheSecret.tv) hit number one on the Alexa Movers and Shakers list (a worldwide report which measures traffic rankings of websites) and in doing so completed a major end run around the major Hollywood movie houses.

The Secret, a film produced by Prime Time Productions in Australia, launched worldwide using web-based, pay-per-view
technology. The web site describes the movie as a "feature length, historic
and factually based account of an age old secret, said to be 4000 years in
the making, and known only to a fortunate few.

The Secret promises to reveal this great knowledge to the world - the secret to wealth, the secret to health, the secret to love, relationships, happiness, eternal youth, the secret to life itself".

As The Secret continues to exceed expectations it's no doubt other film makers will be watching closely. Using Vividas, one of the world's leading developers and providers of video streaming technology, The Secret, a 95 minute feature length movie, is being delivered globally, seamlessly and without all the added expense to both consumers and the production company of more traditional movie house releases.

Prime Time Productions principal Rhonda Byrne, creator of the secret, says, "Early feedback from viewers of the secret have been incredibly positive and moving. The viewing technology is simple and delivers terrific, high quality images. For most viewers, watching this video will be just like switching on a TV except the viewer chooses when to watch."

The technology comes from Vividas, one of the world's leading developers and providers of video streaming technology and related products. Prime Time's Paul Harrington says, "Our aim has always been to reveal this knowledge to millions across the planet. We are thrilled with the opportunity to reach out to the world through our alliance with Vividas. We are taking film and television distribution to the leading edge of technology."

Vividas technology gives viewers the ability to rent and immediately watch The Secret over the web with full screen, broadcast quality pictures and sounds and offers conviences you will never find in a traditional movie theatre; on-screen playback and the ability to resume viewing from the same point in the film after restarting the computer are just a few.

Vividas CEO, Richard Collins, stated: "This is a very exciting project for Vividas, not only is it a first for us but it may well be the first time a full length feature film has premiered online rather than in cinemas or on TV. We believe Vividas technology will enhance the reach, quality and simplicity of the viewing experience. The launch follows a phenomenally successful, international viral marketing campaign.

The content has excited viewers and the savvy marketing campaign surrounding The Secret is sure to become a case study in the online delivery of major film projects. Case in point. The Secret has leveraged one of the hottest trends online, social networking. The Secret created a large community of people waiting for the release by creating an online forum and community at www.PowerfulIntentions.com, a community of people it felt would be predisposed to be excited about the film. The Secret forum (Located at
www.powerfulintentions.com/forum/thesecret
) created a pre-release buzz that
rivals any traditional marketing campaign.

Chris Tinney, the CEO of Powerful Intentions, said, "The Secret Forum" became flooded with new people excited to discuss their take about his amazing movie within minutes of its release."

Will consumers buy into this new technology? Most believe so. For broadband users it's just like switching on the TV! Click and it plays. No downloading required.

It may be that screaming babies, expensive popcorn, and spending a hundred bucks on a night out is a thing of the past as feature length movies now start becoming available on the Internet.

One interesting fact is that the release of a movie on the Internet does not mean it cannot later be released through traditional movie houses later.
